This is made from hardened stainless steel, has a satin chrome finish and is ¾” wide by 5/64” thick. Bottom line, this is a hefty and substantial rule. This scale is precision etched and black filled for long life and easy readability and graduated with 1/8" and 1/16" increments on one side and 1/32" and 1/64" on the other side. Hook can be used on either side of the rule and ensures that the rule is accurately aligned with the edge of your work. This is a high end product at an very affordable price. Comes with a vinyl pouch. I have used this rules side by side with much more expensive premium US made tools (#52662 Dh604r-6 at $22.00 on Amazon) and am very impressed with this product.
