Description: "The Greatest All-rounder in the World of Malt Whiskey" Michael Jackson Item's history: This bottle of 'Highland' was purchased by me, the afternoon of October 14th 2014, from the gift shop at fascinating Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness in Scotland, clearly visible in that 3rd image. It was late afternoon, which is why it is a dark print. The 4th image is the gift shop itself, and this bottle was on display on a shelf directly in front of that tourist on the far right in the picture. The box is just 4 1/2 & 2 inches. I have no idea of the volume, as the box does not mention this, and I never opened it. Clearly larger than any miniature, I'd be guessing it would offer probably two shot-glass servings of liquor. I never had any notion of finding out. The box has been behind glass for the past decade and is completely new still. As you can see, the whiskey was stated to be aged 12 years when it was bottled, thus it must be of a twenty-two-year vintage today! I doubt you will see too many of these on eBay! The last image of course is a clearer view of Loch Ness. Urquhart Castle was strategically built at the Loch's widest point. Imagine this on your bar in that man-cave. Real talking point! "Nessie" of course is not included!
