It has been tested and both Tx and Rx work well although the High output is slightly lower than the stated specs. The stated power outputs for this radio are 5-Watts(Low), 10-Watts(Medium) and 55-Watts(High). When tested, power outputs were showing 5-Watts(Low), 10-Watts(Medium) and 45-Watts(High). The radio is in good cosmetic condition with a few minor scuffs (see photos for cosmetic condition). This sale also includes an HM-133 Microphone, DC power cord that appears unused and original manual (a previous owner has written on the outside covers of the manual - see photos). ** As with all used and older electronics, this item is being sold "As-Is" with no warranties.
