The seal kit is used to rebuilt Speeco design or compatible other brand cylinders such as Husky, Split Master, Oregon, Dirty Hands tool and after marker cylinders oversea made with same Speeco design (but might be not good for your 20 years or older design). Please know it might not fit all old Speeco cylinders made with old design. Speeco Cylinder design is also most popular design in USA after market. We don't know your cylinder, so not guarantee it good for so many aftermarket cylinders. So to know whether it fits your cylinder, one good way is to disassemble and measure your cylinder to compare with each item specification. Double check each seal groove is good for our part sitting in. 1. Cylinder tube Bore (I.D.) 4.5" x rod (O.D) 1.75". Please note: 4.5" bore size is not Cylinder tube O.D. Cylinder rod size is inside tube part size. Some factory makes rod having different O.D between inside tube part and outside tube part. 2. Wear rings. Piston wear ring (drawing item 16): 114.3 mm (OD 4.5") x 107.95mm (ID 4.25”) x 9.53mm (0.375" wide), Nylon Rod wear ring (drawing item 15): 44.5mm (ID 1.752") x 50.8mm (OD 2”) x 9.53mm (0.375" wide), Nylon 3. Piston seals (drawing item 14) 1 square ring and 1 O-ring. Piston Square ring: 114.3 mm x104.3mm x 3.28mm; O-ring (installed under the square ring): 103mm x 2.65mm. CPU + NBR 4. Rod O-ring (item 13): 44.5mm x 54mm x 5mm, CPU. There is O-ring inside. It is a compound seal ring to guarantee better seal and longer life. It is one of most important seals to prevent oil leakage. 5. Rod dust ring (Item 12): 44.5mm x 54mm 5.5mm /7.3mm, TPU 6. Rod and piston assembly O-ring (item 19): 26.5mm x 2.65mm, NBR. in mots case, this seal might not be needed to replace. This seal might be different size on some aftermarket model. We add one common size 22.4mm X 1.8mm as extra. It is standard O-ring. If our 2 O rings are not the size with your cylinder, you can easily find it at any local store, such as Home Depot. 7. Gland O-ring (item 17): 103mm x 5.3mm, NBR and Gland Back up ring (Item 18): 114.3mm x 105.6mm x 1.5mm, PIFE. Please note: the backup ring is support O ring to against pressure, so it will be installed at outside of O-ring. See drawing for position. It is one of most important seals to prevent oil leakage. 8. Steel wire spring (item 8): it is option item for your cylinder rebuild. You might not need it to replace your old one if it is not damaged during disassembly. Please be sure if our wire ring OD is not same with your old one, please don’t use it. If above part specification fits your cylinder, I have no reason to think our seal kit does not work for your cylinder. But still have about 5% buyers bought and return because not fit based on our sale record. Please measure your cylinder carefully before you place order. Some buyers machine their cylinder wear ring or seal O ring groove to make the seal sitting it. It is a good idea, but we don’t guarantee its performance. Assembly the seal carefully. if installation not correct and damaged seal, it will cause leakage at once or after a few months. If you don’t know assembly cylinder and no correct tools, please ask your local hydraulic shop for help.
