Description: Tube Cap Hy-Lok Industries® 3/8" Tube OD Cap 316 Stainless Steel Instrument Grade Part / Ref. SS-600-C For capping fractional inch outside diameter open ended instrumentation tubing with the supplied nut and ferrules. This tube plug is interchangeable with other major manufactures of the dual ferrule system such as Swagelok, Parker A-Lok, Hoke Gyrolok, Bi-Lok, Brennan, DK-Lok, Ham-Let, HY-Lok, SSP, Superlok, and Tylok. It is even interchangeable with single ferrule fittings such as Parker CPI, Tylok CS-Lok, SSP Unilok, and Ham-Let One-Lok. Selection of the proper size can be found by measuring the outside diameter of your tubing with suggested tolerances not to exceed ±0.003" (1/16" to 1/8") and ±0.005" (3/16" to 1") and can be installed on all non-flared metal tubing such as steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and non-metal tubing such as polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, PFA, TFE and soft PVC. The tube end threads are 20 per inch and not compatible with plumbing fittings found in your home or local hardware store.
