The top has clear and frosted glass and the base in just clear with sculpting. Overall good condition. Total height is 8 inches, from bottom to top. The width of the base is 2 3/4 inches. This is a classic kerosene/oil lamp. This would look nice on the mantle all year long. But it's nice to have for those evenings when you have lost power.
