Fan Clutch Bleeding Procedure 1. Make sure engine is shut off (TM 9-2320-280-10) and turn wheels all the way to the left. 2. Add power steering fluid (TM 9-2320-280-10) to “FULL COLD” level on reservoir. Leave reservoir cap off. 3. install bleeder fitting to solenoid attach a hose to valve and the other in end in a clean container to catch excess fluid open Raise front wheels off ground (para. 8-2). 4. Turn steering wheel left and right, holding wheels at steering stops for five seconds, open the bleeder valve to release air from the system until air is removed.
