Description: Huginn & Muninn Armring Silver Viking Armring This was originally purchased from Grimfrost for about $500. The Viking style armring is braided with fine silver in the same fashion of the original Viking armrings of the dark and middle ages. Several thick wires are forged tightly together with thinner filigree wires to create a tightly woven piece that ends in raven heads. The raven head motifs resemble Huginn and Munnin, the ravens of the Viking god Odin. It is recommended that you take extreme care when doing this so you do not break the weave of the armring. The armring has been worn a couple of time but is generally in excellent condition. Due to the purity of most of the silver the metal is very soft and can get dinged, scratched, or scuffed very easily. There are a couple scuffs on it already but not enough to capture well on the camera.
