There is a blue star mosaic made of many found objects! Look closely and you will find many pieces of various blue shades of broken dishes, jewelry, a tin heart mold, a gold button that says "Crown Him Lord", shards of an old broken mirror, many other found objects, and a brown cross with the scripture "And Now Abide Faith, Hope and Love, these three; but the greatest of these is Love. 1 Corinthians 13:13" The star was handcut without using any kind of pattern, There will never be another like it. The wings are vintage and plastic. The star is attached to a vintage board that has been painted in a whimsical imperfect folk art style with stripes of green, orange, blue, a magenta like color, and a greenish turquoise. The colors are really so much prettier in person! The board is vintage and shows wear. I have sealed the star many times. It kind of gives the grout a wet concrete kind of look.
