This incredibly huge oval shape filigree detailed western rodeo trophy belt buckle was handcrafted by Montana Silversmiths. The background filigree highlights the contrast between the top and bottom large blank ribbons. The two cowboy team roping relief figure in the middle adds to the traditional western feel, as does the gold twisted rope border framing the whole buckle. A beautiful piece of Western heritage. Marked on the back: MONTANA SILVERSMITHS NICKEL MADE IN U.S.A. The curvature of the buckle measures 4 1/8 inches high by 6 1/4 inches wide. Fits up to a 1 1/2 inch belt strap. PLEASE NOTE CONDITION: The slightest evidence of wear with a few very faint surface scratch marks, otherwise the buckle is in excellent vintage condition.
