We would upgrade but we purchased a newer, lighter notebook. It is clean with no physical flaws on casing / cover. It always worked great, but has been sitting, unused for a couple of years since new laptop was purchased. A couple of known issues to note: The power cord has a small slice in it. (See Photo). We have put electrical tape on it. The slice does not impact using the power cord. Window's Vista needs to be upgraded to more current OS :) . The CD ROM is not playing cd's. It is spinning but doesn't play. HP diagnostics were ran but indicated CD ROM is working. Is this due to WIN Vista version or new driver needed? HP hardware diagnostics indicated battery needs to be replaced. We have been using and testing with power cord.
