I've had the laptop for around 2-3 years, one day the laptop had overheated and then died and wouldn't turn on. I took it to a repair shop and they said it was probably the motherboard that died from the overheating. I believe the charger is to blame but honestly I have no idea. When the laptop died, the caps lock button flashed 5 times in a row. I also believe the fan is touching the chassis? It makes a sound on startup. It's quite a good computer and if you know how to repair a computer all you'd need to do is replace the motherboard and you'd be golden. Searching around a motherboard is around ~$100.
