Comes with 60 and 80 grit sandpaper sheets (card stock with adhesive backing to attach to glass plate). Intended use is to wet the sandpaper and use as a whetstone to flatten/straighten your hand plane bases and/or sharpening stones. Made in Japan by Horai and brand new in box condition.
