Because we sell a wide variety of garments, it is not possible to stock every item; therefore, some items need to be ordered from our distributor, from whom we order twice weekly. Customizations require you to attach a message to the sale itself and not by a separate email. All orders are sent direct to the embroidery shop while all emails are received by our office and due to the fact that we receive a large number of emails it sometimes can take up to two days to read the emails. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel and order. All orders are custom made per your order, garments are not stock, off the shelf items, and therefore we do not offer exchanges or returns on any order. All sales are final. Any item that is being returned must be in the exact condition it was in when shipped: New and un-used, un-washed, no perfumes, cologne or other smells with any original tags that were on the item. Please check your order immediately if there are any issues, if there is an issue, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery. When you wash an item, that voids any warranty on the garment. We currently do not offer any additional customizations to this item (personal name, rank, etc.) Processing begins immediately after your order is placed, although our office may be closed our embroidery shop operates on weekends and Holidays depending on business. When your order ships you will receive a notification and Tracking Number, please ensure the email address you use is valid and checked regularly. Also please ensure that the shipping address you provide is the correct address since we are not able to ship to a different address. Once your order is handed over to the Postal Service (verified by Tracking Info) it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the Postal Service. Should you order arrive damaged, you would need to take the item and package to your local Post Office and file a claim for the damage.
