Description: I've been making my own pine tar soap for over 10 years now and I'm ready to pass it along. I have had Psoriasis for over 50 years and regular soap just dries me out terribly. Even the regular pine tar soaps I have bought on line were way to harsh and more expensive. My soap is not as harsh, because of the glycerin it contains. It sooths my rashes, doesn't dry me out, cleans very well and lastslonger than regular soaps.Pine tar soap does not smell like pine it has a smoky woodsy smell that does not stay on your skin for long.So don't send it back if you don't like the smell you have been warned. I also use a covered plastic travel case to keep the soap in after showering. It keeps the soap hard and out of the water. Making it last longer. I'm telling what this soap does for me and hoping I can help others. Pine tar soap will not work for everyone, but like me it was worth the try and now I wouldn't be without it. Every bar contains olive oil, aloe, and a very high grade of pure organic pine tar with no additives. My bars will be 4.25 to 4.5 ounces.
