Either the buildings were not finished or they were kitbashed into something else. All parts are in Like New condition. HO 1/87 scale, all plastic pieces. No International Shipping We do not ship to international addresses. Florida Sales Tax We are required by the State Of Florida to collect State Sales Tax on all Florida purchases.
