Considering its age( 100+ years), the cover is in remarkably good shape, the binding is tight and the pages are clean, crisp and defect-free (no stains, soiling, markings, tears, dog-eared corners, etc.). The only noticeable defect (other than the relatively minor wear to the cover) is the existence of a name and date as well as two small address labels on the inside of the front cover.
