Oversized, with a serpentine front that bows out in the center and flares outward again at either end. Set on long tapered legs, with spade feet. Made of mahogany solids and veneers, with subtle string inlay along the top edge, which is also used simply and elegantly on the front. There are two cabinet doors that open to reveal a single, removable and adjustable shelf. The single center drawer is divided into eight sections for flatware storage. The drawer locks and we have the original key. Original solid brass hardware. Retails for $15,000 in today's market. In excellent vintage condition. Structurally perfect, no issues. Sits levelly. There is some consistent overall, completely even, fading as you can see in the photos when the doors are open. Please note this is only visible to a sharp eye if you look inside the drawers where they was no exposure to light. One small ding on the spade foot portion of the right center leg. Very light marks on the top from occasional use. Measurements: 77.5" wide at the back, and 79" wide at the outside front corners. It is 23.5" deep at the center, and 22" deep at either end.
