Description: I am selling this Vintage HERMLE clock, from 1968, in a GREAT Cosmetic and PERFECT functioning condition, having a FULLY RESTORED case, a sweet Chime and a SERVICED movement, offered with a ONE YEARS GUARANTEE!!! For the video please click on the following YouTube FULL VIDEO link:-> https://youtu.be/Pt18UxU9q5wI made an extra photoshoot, with, among other detailed photos of the SERVICED movement, made from each angle, which can be seen by copying and pasting the following YouTube Link in your browser:-> https://youtu.be/CDFAAH0UsGMI completely took every single piece of this clock apart, cleaned and polished the parts in- AND outside and SERVICED the movement.All brass parts have been polished and have been given an INDUSTRIAL, TRANSPARENT Coating, so you will never have to polish them ever again; they will always keep their gorgeous color and shine!For the work involved, please take a look at photo 9.There is a 3 bar chime, sounding very clear, "in tune", with a gorgeous echo!An extra feature is that there is a handle inside the clock, making it able to switch the chime on and off.The SERVICED movement keeps GOOD time!In 90% of the cases, clocks having a movement like this clock has, do not run on time, however seldom mentioned by sellers!The body comes in wood in an extraodinary good condition..There are lots of brass features, shining like new, such as:- The number marks, which are layed On the dial- The outer edge of the door and of course,- The hands.The number marks are placed on a SILVER plated dial with a transparent coating on it, giving this beauty its CHIQUE appearance.In front of the clocks face, there is a curved (real) glass window through which the dial can be seen.The movement is a Schwebegang movement, which means it does NOT need a levelled surface....It has an unexpected, remarkably clear sound which will let you know each half hour what time it is with a double "Bim Bam" in 3 tones.On full hours it strikes the amount of "Bim Bams" corresponding with the time at the moment.This clock runs smoothly and is supplied with a matching key.The movement is marked with "FHS", which stands for Franz Hermle and Sons and "Germany".Of course this clock comes with a matching key.This clock is in a STUNNING condition for its age but not new.Mentionable is a (small) scratch on the dial, but this is only visible when the light hits the dial under a certain angle (see the photoshoot).The left, rear corner has a small dent (please see photo 8).The crystal has a small chip, a bit on the left of 12 o'clock position (please see photo 3).The dent is not visible on the YouTube photoshoot and -video, because a customer in my shop bumped it through the glass cabinet.....Please judge the High Quality of this time-piece yourself by taking a good look at all pictures and YouTube video mentioned at the top of this listing.FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!!!If you have any questions please feel free to email me.Dimensions:Height: 7.3 Inch -> 18.5 cmWidth: 7.5 Inch -> 19.0 cmDepth: 2.8 Inch -> 7.2 cmWeight: 1227 gramsCombined shipping is possible.
