Description: This is a lovely mini tureen or salt box from the Moustiers region. It is decorated in classic white ceramic with hand-painted blue cranes and foliage. This has four squatty feet with cork bases, slightly ruffled edges, and a lid with a small handle. The piece can be used for decoration, in the kitchen for salt storage or sauce service, and also works well in a bathroom to store cotton balls and such. It's in beautiful condition with no damage. Measures 7" long x 5" wide and 5" from bottom to the lid handle.
