Description: The elegant and rugged Xplorer cases have become one of Hepco & Becker’s top selling products since being introduced only a couple years ago. They are made of 1.5 mm thick anodized aluminum and ABS plastic to combine the best of both worlds. The aluminum has been anodized to prevent corrosion especially when putting wet items in the case. The plastic has been designed to absorb impacts. The angled structure of the cases provide for enhanced strength and durability. A clever lid hinge makes it so that you can remove the lid completely if needed making this is a top loader case that folds up to 90° for maximum access. Tie down points are molded into the top of the case allowing for additional attachment of H&B top bags or other luggage. The Xplorer range of cases is available in natural anodized aluminum or black anodized aluminum. The construction includes impact-resistant moldings, which are riveted to the aluminum with a generous feed of sealant to ensure a watertight seal. All the Xplorer bags come with integrated carrying handles. Side cases are available in 30 and 40 liter sizes and are purchased individually. Most choose to make an Enduro set where one side is sized differently from the other to offset the muffler. The Xplorer line offers a top case in a 45-liter version that will accept one full-faced helmet. Several accessories for the Xplorer side cases include carrying handle straps, shoulder straps, tool kit, inner bags, and a two liter canister complete with a holding plate which can be used for additional gasoline or water according to the riders needs. Water bottles are available, however, they do not come with the actual water bottle shown. These water bottle holders and canisters will require drilling by the customer. Expandable top bags are available which mount to the lids of side cases through the tie down points molded into the case for additional storage. Accessories for the top cases include a backrest and top railing that can be mounted from left to right or front to back, available in black or silver.
