There are 21 Bulk Mail Centers throughout the U.S. The hub sorts the package and ships according to the USPS timetable, not necessarily eBay?s timetable. Pages look very clean during quick perusal, though a few might possibly have the occasional smudge or mark and signs of wear on the outside edges. GOOD - Dustjacket/Cover will have visible shelf-wear, possible small tears, minor smudges/marks and other general signs of wear. The cover will have small marks or scuffs. Pages will look generally fine but show discoloration from age and have occasional smudges/marks/writing and some possible bends/creases. ACCEPTABLE - Dust jacket/cover will have significant tears and stains and noticeable shelf-wear. Pages will have discoloration and possible major creases and significant writing/staining. POOR- A dust jacket/cover/book that is basically so thrashed I will throw it in the garbage if it doesn't have serious collector value.
