The gravy employs the Portia Blank (Schleiger 12) which was the form of large pitchers for sets of Ranson. It stands 6 5/8" high to the tip of the spout; the base is 5 3/4" across. It is incised with a "3." No chips or cracks; the gold in good condition. The whiteware mark is the green Haviland France with the brick red decorator mark Haviland & Co Limoges.
