Description: Brand new Hartmann #4700 Belting leather #A9 Commute-tache Attache. This beautiful American made briefcase was manufactured in 1996 in Lebanon Tennessee and never used. Still has original box and all tags attached. Warranty card and luggage tag included. Price ticket is still sealed on outside of box. ( Retail at the time was $695.00) Combination lock is still at 000. Leather is flawless except for one mark pictured which is in the leather itself, not a scratch. Hardware is in excellent condition. Brief is 13" high, 5" deep, 18" wide. Hartmann was the very best you could buy in brief cases and accessories for decades, until the company was sold to Samsonite unfortunately, and manufacturing was sent overseas around 2012. This is probably one of the last of this briefcase to be had brand new. They last forever and it will be a excellent investment. Classic. Timeless. Beautiful. Over-Engineered.
