Description: This is for a beautifully signed original photo of legendary golfer Harry “Lighthorse” Cooper. I believe this to be a one of a kind original portrait as I have never seen one like this before. The portrait features Harry in his legendary fedora and is signed in fountain pen and dated 1937. The reverse of the portrait is marked in pencil “Cooper 136”. I have also posted a photo of the reverse of another photo which is marked “by Geo. W Harlen?” and I believe this to be the “George” the photo has been autographed for since it came from the same batch of photos. Again, the pencil writing “by Geo. W --------“ is NOT on the Cooper photo but is for a reference aid if anyone recognizes the photographer who probably took the Cooper picture. Probably a one of a kind portrait photo of the greatest golfer to never win a major, signed and dated 1937. A must have for any golf collection and the finest Cooper signed photo you could own.
