Description: Harley Veglia Borletti 0-100 MPH Speedometer, Tested & Working (Made In ITALY) This is an original H-D speedometer, likely originating in a 1960's small displacement model. All functions have been tested and are in good working condition, including needle, odometer and trip meter tumblers, and trip meter reset. Cosmetically, there is a ding on the outer bezel in the 12 o'clock position. And the bezel finish is peppered with patina. There is also light dust and minor debris on the interior. Both mount studs have some minor play. So there is some minor shifting when tightening the speed nut. But the studs are otherwise secure. Lamp socket guide is bent out of shape. And the reset cable was cut at the drive head. So the small retainer pin will need to be drifted or pressed out if a new cable is to be installed.In general, a good-working original assembly. And the mechanics are good. But it's challenged, cosmetically, with light blemishing, age, and weathering. But it is original. And it works.
