Harley 3717-39 Knucklehead Panhead UL WL Rear Fender Trim Kit 1939-48

Description: You are purchasing one European made reproduction rear fender side trim kit, which in my experience will fit 1939-1948 Harley-Davidson twin rear fenders. I'm not sure if this also fits 1936-1938 style rear fenders, the parts catalogs only show this fitting 1939-1948. There were no changes to the fender contour I'm aware of in 1939. We compared the fit on these to the OEM ones on our 1947 Knucklehead and these match the contour of the originals perfectly. Just because these match up with our exemplar, we cannot guarantee you won't have to do some hand fitting to fit your fenders. Please keep this in mind prior to ordering. Even factory NOS factory trim can require some fitting. This includes two each: 3762-39 upper side trim strips and one each 3762-39A right lower strip, 3762-39B left lower strip, and 14 each 3765-39 trim clips. If your fenders are not already drilled for trim, you will need to drill your fenders to use these. Like any sheetmetal part, please be patient when fitting up. We also have no way of knowing if you are fitting up to an original fender or reproduction and cannot account for previous repairs your fender may have had in the past when you use these parts.
