Description: Handmade Hand Painted Porcelain Bamboo Textured Cylinder Vase - 6" Tall SIGNED This is an AMAZING hand painted and hand molded cylinder vase. The vase is not thrown on a wheel, it is molded by hand to resemble a section of bamboo or a piece of ivory. The vase is made of porcelain. It is painted and textured by hand. Each of the lines and color stripes is either raised or etched into the surface. The vase is slightly indented under the rim and it is not perfectly round. The base is 2.75 inches x 2.5 inches oval. The vase itself is about 6 inches tall. The phrase "lovelovelove" is stamped on the bottom on the inside of the vase, and it's signed in red (incised) on the bottom on the outside. It's difficult to discern who the artist is by the signature. The glaze only goes about 2/3 of the way down and then there's a beautiful faint orange matte finish along the bottom. This vase is in GREAT CONDITION! There are no chips or scratches. There is, however, 1 crack that runs from the rim to about 1/3 of the way down (see the last photo) but it doesn't hurt the integrity of the vase, and it holds water.
