Description: Presented is a fabulous sterling silver basket from the 1910s-1920s, made by Lebolt. The piece is very well made and entirely hand wrought, with visible hand-hammering marks. The basket has an attached handle, with applied monogram initials 'EWM' on the top. This is a fantastic piece of American Arts and Crafts movement silver work, and would be an asset to any home or collection. This piece is in excellent condition. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no monogram removals, and no repairs. Any black you see in the photos is merely reflections that are hard to avoid when photographing shiny silver, and do not represent damages or problems of any sort. The underside of the piece is stamped 'sterling' and with the hallmark for Lebolt & Co. of Chicago, as well as 'hand beaten'. The basket stands approximately 6 inches tall at the top of the handle and is 9 inches in diameter. The basket weighs 305 grams or 10.7 ounces. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
