The wooden Christmas are hand crafted by a local Artist. Therefore, they ship five business days after purchase. Also note that these trees do come with LED lights on them with a remote. 15 different settings to change to solid colors, or blink different patterns. *PLEASE NOTE that the listing price is per tree and is only a base price for a tree as it is depicted in the listing’s main photo. We are offering discount for volume purchase. However you are limited to six Christmas Trees per order. TREE SIZE: Due to shipping restrictions & costs the max dimensions of a tree are L 18 X W 8 X H 48. A larger tree may be an option for a local pick up buyer. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING CUSTOMIZED WOODEN CHRISTMAS TRESS: 1️⃣ Message The Smart Shopper and tell us the colors, sizes, writing content and any decorations you may want Us to include. When ordering customized Christmas Trees do not make. Purchase until you receive a message from The Smart Shopper that has an offer price included. The listing price is only the base price for an individual tree depicted on the listing’s photos. 2️⃣ We will respond to you within a few hours after you message us and confirm that we are on the same page as to design, color and if any writing content. 3️⃣ After we respond you will need to message approval by stating that the information we provided was is exactly how you would like your Christmas trees. Once you give us approval your build will commence. 4️⃣ Your Christmas trees will ship after you provide final approval by viewing pictures of the finished product. The pictures will be uploaded to the eBay buyer seller messaging system. You are required to give shipment approval when the build is complete. This is a policy we have in place to limit any returns on a custom build. Custom returns are limited to damage that happens during transit. Therefore, on the Fifth Business day after commencement you will be required to give shipment approval. This will be your time to provide comments and request any changes. However, you are not permitted to request a change that does not align with your original instructions. In the event you do not respond to our shipment approval request within 36 hours we will automatically ship the Christmas Trees to you and a return will not be accepted unless they were damaged during transit.
