Elevating the Guild hollowbody archtop offerings, the A-150 Vanguard features an elaborate design aesthetic with added binding and purfling and a large headstock that harkens the famous Guild Artist Award model. A period-correct DeArmond Rhythm Chief 1100 floating pickup completes this homage to the original jazzboxes of the 50s with its warm, quintessentially “jazz” tone that has come to define the genre as a whole.
