GT Sensor Elite Carbon Customized XL 29

Description: I’ve worked in the bike industry for 10+ years, owned essentially every generation of stumpjumper and enduro, but this one took me by surprise. I branched out to try GT spring 2024 and it’s been the most efficient, silent, fun setup for wasatch front, Spinal Tap @ Richfield and beyond! I’ve customized it from stock to be a proper performer on a budget. I find the ride experience of GX 12 speed cable shifting combined with buttery smooth Marzocchi coil suspension (rear ti spring 150mm) and Z1 160mm fork (air) to perform impressively with the heavy hitters out there. When things get steep, the TRP Slate T4 piston brakes and Ceramic MTX pads will bring you to a stop in no time without noise. The wheels needed to be improved from stock, so the stout Roval Traverse 29 aluminum set with DT370 hubs won’t leave you stranded. Let’s talk cornering, I’ve run Maxxis, all the Specialized tires, and some Terravail setups. I thought I new quality ride, but these Continentals are another level. Confident in the loose, tacky in the rocks, fast rolling and long lasting. Set up tubeless with orange seal. The bike is ready for its next owner, after working in the industry I like to jump from one to the next somewhat frequently as I get excited to try new tech. The fork, wheels, tires, brake pads and rotors only have a couple rides on them since the upgrade happened from stock. All other parts are stock (handlebars, stem, dropper post 170mm GT brand) Pedals and bottle cage not included. Price flexible if you’re ok downgrading parts (GX>NX) and a wheelset swap to Nukeproof branded options. Message me about price and those changes.
