The G5420T Electromatic Classic Hollow Body Single-Cut with Bigsby features a laminate maple body with a sophisticated arch structure and a vintage guitar-inspired look with trestle block bracing to suppress feedback. The trestle block design improves the rigidity and contact efficiency of the body top and back, increasing the clarity, crispness, and sustain of the sound and providing a faster attack. The FT-5E Filter'Tron pickup also enhances the punchiness of the full-body sound, classic sparkle, presence, clarity, and definition of the sound. The newly designed "C"-shaped maple neck with a 12-inch radius laurel fingerboard provides a comfortable playing feel and improves playability and performance. The control section features a variety of upgrades, including a master volume with treble bleed circuit, a master tone, volume controls for each pickup, and a 3-position pickup toggle switch.
