Description: GratefulDead "Two from the vault" CD recorded 1968 shrine aud. LA (gdcd40162). this 2 set CD was recorded in 1968 LIVE in LA and released from the vault in 1992. In 1968 The Dead were a much different band mainly due to Pig Pens great voice and love of bluesy tunes. lots of people believe if he hadn't died so early the Dead would be a much different band than they became. the set starts off with one of Pig Pens favorites "Good morning little schoolgirl" ... along with "Dark Star"....and again PigPen '"turn on your lovelight" there are a Total of only 9 songs on both CDs combined so you KNOW there's a whole lot of jammin going on. Everything about this cd is mint/near mint condition. i am the sole owner and it has always been treated with care.
