USPS will need you to return the damaged item in the damaged outer shipping package to USPS in order for them investigate the claim. There are dings and bends on the four corners on the front and back. Please see the pictures. I took pictures of all 4 corners on the front and back. The corners have areas where they are not perfectly sharp and square and they are rounded. On the spine of the CD sleeve, the bottom edge is creased. Please see the picture. The spine of the CD and the area where the CDs are removed are not straight and they are at an angle. On the front of the cd case, the four corners are not perfectly square and they are rounded. The cd on the front has the indentation of the shape of the cd on the front and there are indentations to the right of the left side edge of the CD sleeve. The indentations are from the bottom edge to the top edge and they are to the right of the left side edge. The area where the CDs are removed and the spine of the cd case are angled and not straight and the top and bottom edges are rounded. On the back of the cd sleeve, the four corners are rounded. On the back, there are indentations to the right of the left hand side of the cd sleeve. The indentations are from the bottom edge and go up to the top edge. There are other areas of imperfections and marks on the cd sleeve. I am the original owner. Please contact me with any questions.
