Description: Nice little bundle for the Grand theft Auto fan includes a like new barely opened Grand theft Auto IV The art of Grand theft Auto IV book this is the one with Nico and New York City not to be confused with sunny California or Los Santos I guess you would call it that we have the map for the map is in excellent condition there may be a slight little pair here there that I haven't noticed but it's an overall excellent condition with no real wrinkles looks like maybe it was opened once or twice that's about it I think there is a small little tear but it's not like the pieces missing so as long as you hang it on the wall it'll still look perfect and flush or just put a little piece of tape behind it and that should make it perfect but I would say both their conditions are 9.5 out of 10 that kind of thing very good condition there's nothing missing or ripped off with the map all the corners are straight and perfect of the entire border it's just at the point where it folds there's a little tear I guess from it being opened the book I find to be basically flawless every page is there there's no ripped pages or missing pages or tears and pages it doesn't even look like the pages were really opened or bent open so I'm sure somebody looked at it at some point but it doesn't look like they really perused through it that extensively. Perfect for somebody that wants a two-in-one sort of combo encompassing the whole Grand theft Auto universe in the modern era
