In most cases we find that customers return their tech purchases due to buyer's remorse. They have been reset to its original factory settings and are in Grade B condition. Product will show signs of use, with potential scratches and scrap. Any damage to the device did not affect performance on out testing. Product will include power cord or power adapter (not always OEM) and will turn on when charged. Product screen is in Good condition. May be missing owner's manual. Will come with original box. It is our hope that all of our products make it to each customer and work as longs as possible, but errors do happen. We test out each product one at a time, by hand, to see if the item works and is good for resale. But we are human (most days). Sometimes while we test an item, we make a mistake and miss an issue. In the event that an Item is malfunctioning upon receiving, or has an issue that pops up shortly after, we allow returns of the product up to 30 days from delivery conformation.
