Only upgrades are the aluminum wheels, fully gripped deck, tank protector cover, and a larger .750 spindle for top speed estimated 23-25mph! New engine gaskets, new fuel lines, pull start, new grips and cables. Flaws include: no engine killswitch (brake to stop), no kickstand, has had replacement rear fender installed, not original powder coat finish. Tires are in usable condition but could use replacement in the distant near future. Comes as shown in pictures, sold as-is with no returns.
