Gold Encrusted Ceramic Footed Dish, shaped like a Genie's Lamp, antique

Description: Pickard Gold-Encrusted Porcelain 2-Handle Footed DishThis is either an actual Pickard piece from the turn of the last century OR it is a great knock off of a Pickard piece from the turn of the last century. No matter how you look at it, it was probably created in the early 1900s and it's a beautiful piece. It has great details etched or put into the gold finish by some other method. There are roses on the outside in a pattern around the edge (That's were I saw some specks of something that looks like rust when I was taking the pictures. I did not scrub to get it off. Leaving that to the buyer, and pricing it accordingly.). Below that, there is a pattern that is kind of mottled, with a raised feature. The handles and inside are smooth gold. The whole thing is a shiny yellow gold (as opposed to a pink gold or a white gold). THIS PIECE IS NOT MARKED. I CANNOT SAY THAT IT'S A GENUINE PICKARD. BUT I WILL SAY THAT THIS ESTATE DID HAVE OTHER, SIMILAR PIECES THAT ABSOLUTELY WERE PICKARD AND WERE MARKED. But this one wasn't. I don't know what to make of that. And I get back to the fact that it's a beautiful piece. Please look closely at the photos! If it were actual Pickard it would be priced about 7 times more. Dish part is 6" x 3". The handles add an inch on each end. the base is 3.25" x 2.5". It is about 3.5" tall. I totally reminds me of the genie's lamp. Please look at all the photos and read everything I've written about the condition and description of this item.
