You will need a LS bell housing, LS input, LS style release bearing. Works with GM LT plates ONLY. As per ebay's rules about sharing contact info our address to ship the plate to will be given after the sale and not before. Your front plate is machined and a custom made adapter is installed, and the clearance slots for the hydraulics are cut. Stainless bolts are included to mount the release bearing.
