I originally purchased to weigh packages being it goes to 400 lbs, unfortunately it will not weigh correctly on any thing that sticks out past the frame, it does not have that type of balance . The base is meant for bathroom weighing only with center foot balance. So actually it has never been used other than me testing. Returns are accepted within 30 days however the buyer must make seller aware of their intent to return the item within 5 days of delivery and the item must be in the same condition as when purchased.
