I have owned the book since its original release. I have assessed this copy to be right at "NM+" condition. A professional press would, absolutely, solidify a 9.6 grade; and, with a professional press, IMHO, it has a potential shot of pulling a 9.8 grade!! Again: strictly MY opinion.
