It is demanded from Japan to Peru. Yogurt preparation at home isn’t difficult at all. You can enjoy it with our high-grade leaven, too! But let`s begin step by step.1. You need high-quality milk. The finest result depends on the quality of the resource. Do not use UHT pasteurized milk.2. We put one spoon in the vessel, where we`ll boil the milk. This will provide an anti-burn protection. 3. We boil it in order to destroy all the bacteria, which could affect on the quality of the final product. 4. Cool off the milk up to 42-44 Degrees. You can sink the vessel in water to speed up the process.5. This is the most important step. The temperature shouldn’t be either too high, so the all the needed bacteria will not be destroyed, or too low, because the fermentation process will not come out. Use thermometer or use our national method – send your little finger to the bottom and if you can hold it like that for 10 seconds, it means the temperature is optimal. 6. Pour the consistence of one sachet per each liter of milk that we will use and stir for about 3-4 minutes.7. You can either distribute the milk in jars, or leave it in the same vessel.8. Prepare a blanket, and then put some paper and nylon pack – for instance, a pouch. 9. Place the vessels with milk and cover them all finely. Do not move the milk away during the fermentation process.10. After 5-6 hours, put the milk in the refrigerator. Once it cools off, it is ready for consumption. Ready! Now you have homemade yoghurt with Bulgarian starter culture.
