Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging. Do not write on manufacturers box. Printed labels only allowed. No other stickers/stamps. All manufacturer labels must still be in tact. This means the bar codes cannot be blacked out. Parts that have been installed or used non returnable. Electrical parts are not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping Policy We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1 business day, and usually no later than 3 business days after the order is placed. Anything ordered after 4 pm PST on Fridays, will likely ship the following Tuesday. Backorders do happen occasionally and may delay shipment. We will notify you as soon as possible if this does happen.Free Shipping does not qualify for large items to HAWAII, GUAM, PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS, and ALASKAWhen shipping express, please be sure to add handling times to expected delivery time. If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately. Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days. Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost. Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders. Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer. We do not ship internationally.
