Lost Shipments/Damaged Products Please notify us immediately, if you have not received your order, or if your order arrived damaged. We will inform you of the results, and if the parcel is deemed lost, we will immediately send you a new shipment of your order. If the order was damaged in any way, please notify us and include photos of the damage, and images of the packaging and how the item looked like when arrived. We will initiate a claim with the courier if it appears the item was damaged during transit. Items are subject to approval prior to warranty claims. Items and parts that are made to undergo normal wear and tear may not be approved for warranty, and other exclusions apply. Any warranty claims after 14 days defaults to exchange; pending our inspection, provided that proper installation criteria are met and that the installation was done at a certified repair shop.
