Otherwise I am sure they will be the perfect help to someone else that doesn't struggle with their colostomy. The silicone immediately seemed to provide a cool and non-irritatant fill for the bag attachment. Manufacturer claims that it prevents skin irritation and leaks. I suspect it would have if my stoma was in a slightly different place but if yours isn't where the belly folds over you will probably have much better success than I did
