Description: This is aGeneral Electric Solid State Vintage 1970s Record Player Model V211P that plays 33 & 45 RPM records. It is made of a hard textured plastic shell of white with an orange handle and on the inside, once you lift the lid, the table is orange with the wheel of turntable being white. The latch that locks the lid down is broken off though. So, you cannot carry it by the handle or the lid flops open on you. It could DEFINATELY use a new needle. It sounds horrible in my opinion but I am used to my stereo system player compared to this little one. It is in pretty good condition for how old it is.Size: 13" L x 8.5" W x 5.5"H Mom & dad had bought this at Montgomery Wards. This was not only tested but I am listening to the included children's records (only) playing on it while I list it right now on eBay. Boy, does this take me back to 1974 when I was 6 years old and I got this for my birthday. I would put the record on and then I had a little story book I could follow along while the record would read the story to me. GUESS WHAT!!! If you hurry!
