Description: I bought this in the 1960s when I was in college. This is one of my best pipes, although for domestic "peace in the house" reasons it has been on my closetshelf unsmoked for 50+ years. Sometimes I get it out just to handle the pipe. For collectors reference, this pipe is the Rhodesian 9438 pipe, a genuine grail pipe. The wood is exceptional. The patina and texture of the bowl are distinctive. It is an excellent smoker. It does not use a filter.
