Installation and fixation: (standard installation and bypass installation) Standard installation: 1. Install the pump on a pipe with a threaded connection. Look carefully at the inlet and outlet arrows on the proportional pump. Make sure they are in the same direction as the water in the hose. 2. Install a 100‑120 mesh filter between the water valve and the inlet of the proportional pump. 3. The valve needs to be installed at the inlet and outlet respectively. To prevent the pump from working, the water inlet valve should be closed before installation. 4. Fix the proportional pump on the wall or other facilities. 5. Install an additive container under the pump, place the tube in the container, check if the tube is folded or bent, make sure the tube length is only a few millimeters above the bottom of the container. 6. Open the valves on both sides of the proportional pump to add medicine. 7. There is a popping sound when the proportional pump starts to work. At this point, push the bleed valve on the top of the proportional pump and release the valve when a small amount of water comes out. Then ensure the normal of the pump. Bypass installation: When the water pump does not need to be normally open, or the water pressure is higher than the technical index of the water pump, a proportional pump should be installed on the bypass pipe. One advantage of this type of installation is that you can let the water through when you don't turn on the pump. 1. Install the pump on a pipe with a threaded connection.
