Description: This Brinkmann Instruments Eppendorf 5415C Centrifuge, with an F-45-18-11 Rotor & Lid, appears to be in fair cosmetic condition, although there are a few small dings, scratches, & signs of previous use. Please look at the photos. The Brinkmann Instruments Eppendorf 5415C Centrifuge powers-up and rotates up to 14,000 RPM smooth & quietly. It responds to the timer setting. Although once the Centrifuge is stopped and the lid is released, the lid release mechanism constantly cycles locked/unlocked. I do not have the equipment or training to formally repair & test this item therefore no further testing has been performed, so it is being sold as is.
